Dillon is the place to be on Monday nights all summer long - enjoy free music on the shores of the Dillon Reservoir in a wide variety of musical styles and genres. From Grammy-winning, singer-songwriters to classical orchestras, rootsy folk rock, jam bands and multicultural/world music, the Dillon Amphitheater will have something for everyone this summer. Most shows include opening sets from local bands and artists. Join your friends and neighbors as we celebrate our community free shows with nationally-touring artists and up-and-coming stars!

The full free concert lineup for 2026 will be announced mid-April. Be sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram and subscribe to our emails for updates and news regarding the Mountain Music Monday free concert series. 


Know Before You Go/FAQs

Tickets and/or preregistration are not required for free shows, unless specifically communicated on that events page. 

Entry to a free show is first-come, first-served. If capacity is reached, we will operate on a one-in, one-out policy. For popular events, we suggest you arrive early. 

Reentry is permitted during free shows, unless the venue is at capacity. 

 Thank you for a great summer, we'll see you back at the amphitheater in 2026!

The United States Air Force Academy Band 

The United States Air Force Academy Concert Band proudly represents the Air Force Academy, the leading institution for educating, training, and inspiring men and women to become officers of character. The Concert Band is composed of 50 active-duty Air Force professionals and is one of nine Academy Band ensembles. In addition to performing for Air Force troop morale, recruiting, and community outreach events, the group often appears on radio and television broadcasts and presents educational performances and clinics at national music conferences. For over 60 years, the Academy Band has used the power of music to honor our nation’s heroes, inspire Air Force personnel, and the nation they serve, produce innovative musical programs and products, and communicate Air Force excellence to millions around the world. The United States Air Force Academy Concert Band appears on behalf of Lieutenant General Richard M. Clark, Superintendent, United States Air Force Academy.
