Box Office + Tickets

Most events at the Dillon Amphitheater are general admission and seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis, unless otherwise indicated on the event page. Some events may offer small sections of reserved seating, early entry or VIP packages. The majority of events are general admission. 

The venue is divided into two sections, a lawn area and a concrete bowl, also known as the orchestra section.

The venue can host approximately 3,656 guests.

The Dillon Amphitheater provides reasonable accommodations for guests with disabilities, including those with limited mobility. 

Tixr is the official ticketing platform for the Dillon Amphitheater. 

The Dillon Amphitheater concert season runs from mid-June through mid-September. Events for the following season are announced one-by-one, starting as early as October of the current calendar year. All performances and tickets are subject to change. 

One ticket per person. Children two years old and younger do not require a ticket for an event at the Dillon Amphitheater. Children three and older will need a ticket to attend an event at the Dillon Amphitheater.

Hello concertgoer! Thank you for purchasing a ticket to attend a show at the Dillon Amphitheater for this 2025 concert season! As we transition into an increasingly tech-focused world, the Dillon Amphitheater has made the decision to phase out our printable PDF tickets and introduce a fully digital ticketing experience! This ensures that you as a fan have the safest and most seamless experience when purchasing, accessing, and transferring your ticket(s). Below is information regarding how to access and use your tickets.

Web Browser

1. Visit Tixr.com

2. Click login in the upper righthand corner and login with your email address that you used to purchase tickets.

3. Click on the icon with your initials and select “My Events”

4. Click “View tickets” to view QR code and add to Apple Wallet, if desired

Tixr App

Now available for Apple and Android users. 

1. Download the Tixr App. The app name is “Tixr - Event Tickets”.

2. Login using your Tixr credentials that you used to purchase tickets.

3. Click the ticket icon at the bottom center of the app to access your tickets.

4. Click on the ticket(s) button to view the ticket QR code and add to your Apple Wallet, if desired.

Delayed Delivery

For each show at the Dillon Amphitheater this concert season, a Tixr feature called “Delayed Delivery” will be in use. What this means for you as a fan is that you will not receive or be able to transfer your tickets from your Tixr account until closer to the show date. Most events are set to deliver tickets between 3-7 days before the show. You can see the delivery date by accessing your Tixr account and viewing your tickets.

 

Fan Transfers (When Available)

To transfer online (www.tixr.com):

1. Log into your Tixr account

2. Hover over your initials on the top right and select 'My Events'

3. Select 'Manage Transfers' on the event card

4. Select which ticket(s) you would like to transfer and click 'Continue'

5. Enter the email of the recipient and click 'Continue'

6. You will see a confirmation upon transferring

*Your recipient will receive a transfer offer to their email that they must accept. You will receive confirmation once the transfer is accepted.

To transfer on the Tixr App:

1. Log into the app

2. Select the ticket icon at the bottom of the page

3. Select 'Transfers' on the event card

4. Select which ticket(s) you would like to transfer and click 'Continue'

5. Enter the email of the recipient and click 'Complete Transfer'

*Your recipient will receive a transfer offer to their email that they must accept. You will receive confirmation once the transfer is accepted.

*Recipients of transfers cannot transfer their ticket to another user. However, they can send the ticket back to the original owner. 

Tixr is the official ticketing platform for the Dillon Amphitheater. Tickets purchased from other websites may be more expensive, invalid and/or ineligible for box office assistance. The Dillon Amphitheater is not responsible for tickets purchased from other sources. 

The Dillon Amphitheater Box Office can reprint lost tickets. Guest must show a valid ID, and it must matches the name on the original ticket purchase. The Dillon Amphitheater can only reprint tickets purchased from Tixr. The Dillon Amphitheater is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. 

For ticketed events, once you enter the venue and your ticket has been scanned, you cannot leave the show and re-enter. Re-entry is only permitted in weather-related or medical emergencies, and must be approved by venue staff prior to exiting the venue.

Service fees are a regular part of most ticket purchase transactions, and fees vary by event. The ticket face value is set by the promoter, event organizer and performer. Ticket fees are determined in collaboration with our promoters. All service fees help cover the costs of running a business and creating memorable experiences for fans.
